Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
- 8 tangelo segments
- Cardamom pods and maple syrup spiced oats (to taste)
- Small handful of coconut shavings
- Tiny handful of mint (chopped)
Instructions
- In a stemless wine glass, fill the glass with half the yogurt.
- Add half of the tangelo segments.
- Add the rest of the yogurt and topthat with the remaining tangelo segments.
- Sprinkle the cardamom/maple syrup spiced oats next.
- Sprinkle the coconut shavings and mint to finish the parfait.
